What you need to know before jet boating:

• You must arrive 30 minutes prior to your departure time to ensure that you are checked in and ready to depart at the scheduled time.
• All passengers travelling must complete an assumption of risk form and if a passenger is under 18 years, the form must be completed by a responsible adult over the age of 18 years on their behalf.
• Minimum height requirement: 120cm

What you need to know before whale watching:

• You may experience seasickness. It is strongly recommended you eat lightly and speak to your doctor or local pharmacist about travel sickness tablets and remedies.
• We offer whale sighting guarantee. In the highly unlikely event you don’t see a whale, we will provide a voucher for a complimentary whale watching cruise, valid for this season.
• No prams are allowed onboard the vessel.

Full refund up to 7 days before your scheduled ride. Cancellation notice must be given by email or phone call. Bookings are nonrefundable after this period, however, we can place your booking on hold to be used another day, if sufficient notice is given.
