Important Information

Please note, your whale watching tour is not booked upon purchasing this product. Once your order is placed, please contact our office at 02 9566 1066 to book your whale watching cruise. For more information on whale watching availability, please refer to the Sydney Harbour Whale Watching website.

What you need to know before jet boating:

You must arrive 30 minutes prior to your departure time to ensure that you are checked in and ready to depart at the scheduled time.
All passengers travelling must complete an assumption of risk form and if a passenger is under 18 years, the form must be completed by a responsible adult over the age of 18 years on their behalf.
Minimum height requirement: 120cm

What you need to know before whale watching:

You may experience seasickness. It is strongly recommended you eat lightly and speak to your doctor or local pharmacist about travel sickness tablets and remedies.
We offer whale sighting guarantee. In the highly unlikely event you don’t see a whale, we will provide a voucher for a complimentary whale watching cruise, valid for this season.
No prams are allowed onboard the vessel.

Wharf Departure

Both of activities depart from the Eastern Pontoon at Circular Quay (Wharf No. 1).

Located halfway between the Sydney Opera House and the ferry wharf no. 2

Cancellation Policy

Full refund up to 7 days before your scheduled ride. Cancellation notice must be given by email or phone call. Bookings are nonrefundable after this period, however, we can place your booking on hold to be used another day, if sufficient notice is given.

Great way to see the harbor in a fun and exciting ride, even for locals it is quite memorable. Highly recommend everyone to go try it out, driver was fantastic and crew on wharf were just as fantastic. Do bring a change of clothes though as you are guaranteed to get wet!

Hilarious Ride on Thunder Jet Boat at Sydney Harbour. Staff was helpful specially the manager. The Boat operator Darren was operating boat and he was great and skilled. He did excellent job and made the trip memorable for us. Highly recommendable.

Great thing to do with your teenagers if your not scared of a little water and are bit of a rev head, gets the adrenaline rushing , nothing like doing doughy's at 80km hour to get the blood pumping!
